📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During high-volume periods (like holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat rate shipping and free shipping on all U.S. orders over $60. Shipping is available across the continental U.S.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days, 0-1lbs): $6.90

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days, 1-5lbs): $9.90

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $TBD

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or weather conditions.

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally soon!

📬 Missing or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Still having issues? Email us at [your email] and we’ll do our best to help.
